I. Old Business:
- We are rotating meeting duties with our board members.
- Open Positions: We need volunteers for the Photo Club -President, Vice President. Please consider volunteering for one of these positions.
II. New Business: - Kathleen provided the Treasure’s report. $780.75 No Income
- Pending Expenses $150.00 for Raptor Team donation
- Upcoming Contest expenses $176.92 ribbons, $125.00 Contest Judge
- Lorraine Feldhouse & Howard Carson spoke about the upcoming Forest Lawn Photo Shoot for club members June 12th @ 6PM. They shared some points of interest in the area.
- Donna Gray reminded members she will be out of town for the Annual Photography setup @ Bellevue University. Several members have volunteered to assist with the registration and hanging of photos.

*Set-up is Saturday May 24, 2025 from 9-11AM @ Bellevue University Hitchcock Humanities Center/Criss Auditorium
- Critique and Awards Presentation- Thursday June 19, 2025, 7:00PM

8. Watch the Photo Club website for updates and times for the Milky Way photo shoot in June
with Ken Smith@ the Filley Stone Barn. Skies permitting.
