To all members of the FFPC:
The following are the submission requirements for the gallery display.
1.Images that placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd in this year’s club photo contest, except for the Anything Goes category, will be submitted. If a member did not place in the contest, the member may submit one (1) image for printing. I will not chose an image for you if you send multiples.
2.The file must be sized to the following:
Images that placed in the club contest – 12×18 = 3600 x 5400 pixels at 300dpi.
All other images – 8×12 =2400 x 3600 pixels at 300 dpi. 8×10 = 2400 x 3000 at 300 dpi. or 5×7 = 1500 x 2100 at 300 dpi
3.Images should be emailed to me at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Subject line must read “Gallery Image”. In the body of the email, please include the name of the image, the photographer’s full name, and where it placed in the contest (category and placing) if it did.
4.Do not email them before July 8th, 2019 and no later than July 12th, 2019.
Images will be printed the following week and I will be forwarding an additional date for framing and matting.
